Common questions
Do I need to convert centimetres to inches?
No. As long as both measurements use the same unit, the unit cancels when you divide them.
How should I use the result?
This ratio is not a diagnosis or a body-fat measurement. Pregnancy, measurement technique and individual body shape affect interpretation. The tool intentionally avoids assigning a health-risk diagnosis from a single ratio.
